SCOTTY SAYS...... Current fishing conditions as reported on April 1, 2008

Current water conditions make the fishing challenging, but not impossible. We're seeing great success in the Creeks, and any natural eddy that allow the fish to hold out of the current. Currently Table Rock is generating 4 generators, and also have 5 of the 10 spillway gates open. This makes for a little higher than normal water level, and a swifter current.

Nightcrawlers, minnows and Gulp continue to be the top sellers in the bait category, with the Lil Jakes, Bouyant Spoons and Little Cleo topping the lures.

Many have had success with small pink jigs like our Mighty Mites, under a strike indicator about 3-5' deep.
